A third of all bulletproof clothing purchased online is returned due to a bad fit. This is bad for the customer and worse for us. So we, a Phoenix based company solely concerned with the safety and security of fellow Arizonans, we humbly ask you visit our showroom for a proper fitting.
Does your hoodie have head protection?
No. If you are planning on using our clothing in a tactical environment, you should also be wearing a tactical helmet.
What is the warranty?
All ballistic panels carry a 5 year warranty from the manufacturing date. Panels are serialized and manufactured as a set as well as registered to the buyer.
Failure to properly care for your jacket in accordance to the included care instructions may void this warranty. Any modifications made to our products without the explicit written permission of Imaginary Defense Limited Liability Company will constitute a violation of our terms and conditions and will void the products warranty.
